Take for example Wind Turbines when they are installed on Land and have finished their Term of Working, the Turbine is then Decommissioned and possibly removed from the Land. The Land will then see the effects of having had the Turbine on the Land. The Landowner / Local Authority requires Guarantees that the Land will be restored to its former glory once the Turbine has been removed.
